The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Trust Administrator on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
- Manage a large portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring high standards of client service are consistently delivered.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, identifying and preventing potential money laundering and terrorist financing activities.
- Obtain and maintain KYC information in accordance with AML policies.
- Prepare essential documentation, including deeds and minutes, while ensuring the highest level of sensitivity and care in handling all files and records.
- Negotiate with third parties regarding the setup of new personnel in systems.
- Foster relationships and networks with external parties to expand the portfolio and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry terminology and incorporate this knowledge into daily operations.
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant field, with a STEP qualification being advantageous.
- At least 3 years of experience in trust administration.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with familiarity in applications like ViewPoint or CORIS being a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing interactions.
- Strong organizational abilities, a collaborative mindset, and critical thinking skills.
Salary: US$70,000 – US$95,000 per annum.
