The Agency is recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient service operations and implement improvements as needed.
  • Oversee systems and processes to guarantee top-tier service delivery.
  • Manage critical incidents, collaborate with teams for resolution, and handle stakeholder communication post-incident.
  • Deepen understanding of projects to improve service delivery outcomes.
  • Review and optimize internal and external processes for better service efficiency.
  • Work closely with teams to identify potential opportunities and offer support.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of service performance and quality.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide additional support in line with management needs.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Services or a related field.
  • Certifications in Project Management, ITIL, Cyber Security, Networking and Microsoft O365 / Azure / Windows Server.
  • Background in Managed Services, Professional Services, or Helpdesk operations.
  • Experience in presales consulting and customer engagement.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Technical knowledge in areas such as HPE, Microsoft technologies, Cloud, Networking, and IT Security.

Salary: CI$60k to CI$80k per annum.
