The Agency is recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer queries submitted through the ticketing system.
- Support user onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring systems are updated accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across ticketing and documentation platforms.
- Identify and escalate process issues, offering suggestions for improvement in line with internal escalation procedures.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar IT support role.
- Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking principles.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure, as well as endpoint security, MDM, or backup solutions.
- Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk or similar.
- Professional demeanour with strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain client rapport.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Only Caymanian candidates will be considered for this position.
Salary: US$40, 000 – US$60,000 per annum.
