We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead construction field operations across complex, multi-trade projects. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day site operations across multiple trades
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Enforce HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture
• Monitor contractor performance and site progress
• Support procurement, change orders, and cost control
• Oversee QA/QC, inspections, and project closeout
• Track schedules, milestones, and recovery plans
• Contribute to reporting and issue resolution

Requirements:

• 8 years’ construction management experience
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent trade experience)
• Strong experience managing multi-site, multi-trade projects
• Solid knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance
• Experience with scheduling, cost control, and contractor management
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Two year contract with salary US$115,000-US$152,000 plus benefits.
