The Agency is recruiting for a Software Support Analyst on behalf of a client. The post holder will be an integral part of delivering unparalleled support and innovation across multiple software platforms.

  • Generate comprehensive documentation, encompassing diagrams of application setups.
  • Maintain records, issue resolution, and oversight of client applications.
  • Offer support for client application inquiries, collaborating with clients and suppliers for issue resolution.
  • Work closely with the department team on the conceptualization, blueprinting, advancement, deployment, and testing of new applications or improvements to existing ones.
  • Support the team in planning and implementing updates and service packs for client/server software.
  • Uphold support for vital applications such as Workplace, PMWeb, Prophix, and ARC GIS, along with various other software platforms.
  • Assist in onboarding and instructing end users on all modified and new systems.
  • Maintain seamless communication channels with the Manager to ensure cohesive operations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or in  relevant  field with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • Proven experience implementing Dynamics ERP solutions.
  • Proficiency  in managing Microsoft Dynamics GP, Business Central, CRM, Houdini, Sage, Counterpoint, and ESRI ArcGIS.
  • Technical knowledge & experience in Microsoft Azure, Citrix, Windows, Active Directory, DNS, MS SQL, PowerBI, and Power Automate.
  • Experience with POS systems, SharePoint Online, and related components is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


Salary: US$79K – US$104K plus benefits.
