The Agency is currently seeking a Systems Developer on behalf of a highly regarded firm in the Cayman Islands.
As a Systems Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software applications to meet the specific needs of our users and business requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to outline project requirements.
- Ensure documentation for technical and non-technical audiences is updated.
- Lead the technical development of software from inception.
- Create and enhance user interfaces for web-based, intranet, and mobile applications.
- Ensure successful implementation of all client development projects.
- Demonstrate the capability to meet deadlines and adhere to budget constraints.
- Develop and manage project blueprints, documentation, and procedural frameworks, encompassing unit and system testing, and implementation strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields or certifications in software development is required.
- A Minimum of 5 years of work experience in software development is preferred.
- Experience in delivering complex solutions.
- Proficiency in a variety of programming languages with a focus on full stack development.
- Expertise in SQL, C#, C , JavaScript, VBScript, HTML5, CSS, .Net Framework, ASP.net, JQuery, XML, JSON, SQL, Apache & IIS, API (WCF and RESTful).
- Advanced knowledge of data warehouse design, ETL software, and Windows environment.
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics and insurance products (Health and/or Property and Casualty) is advantageous.
- Experience with Prime/Pure and/or Plexis QC and HPS is a plus.
Salary: US$90K-125K, Plus benefits.
