The Agency is recruiting for a Technology Trainer on behalf of our client.

Creative Training Opportunities: Design and develop custom training tools across various technologies, while exploring and determining the best platforms and methods for delivery.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, leveraging their technical expertise to create the most effective training tools.

• Develop comprehensive training materials and guides across various media, including in-person sessions, to support colleagues in adapting to new systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure the successful deployment and update of online technology training platforms.
• Advocate for the adoption of social media-based learning platforms, overseeing the management of all relevant licenses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver training programs on commonly used company software, templates, and tools.
• Monitor the progress of colleagues’ learning and identify areas where additional materials can be developed to address knowledge gaps.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of training experience and working with client-facing interactive systems.
• A relevant professional qualification is preferred.
• Experience in developing virtual training tools is a plus but not required.
• Strong technological proficiency, particularly with advanced MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise explanations during training sessions.

Salary: US$90,000 – US$110,000 per annum.
