The Agency is recruiting for a Training Technical Lead on behalf of our client.

Collaborative Impact: Partner with subject matter experts to continuously evolve and enhance training content.

• Deliver in-person and virtual training and refresher sessions to ensure team members are proficient with all company software.
• Design and develop user-friendly tools and educational content to support effective learning of digital platforms.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to evaluate training initiatives and adapt learning materials in line with evolving business needs.
• Maintain and regularly update manuals and guides to ensure new employees have access to the most current information.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate content effectiveness, gather employee feedback, and generate progress reports to track understanding and adoption of tools.  

• Minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in a similar teaching or training role, including supervisory responsibilities and relevant professional qualifications.
• Strong background in developing and delivering e-learning content, with experience in change management initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital platforms including Zoom, Articulate 360, and Litmos (or comparable tools).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Practical experience with practice management systems, particularly 3E systems.

Salary: US$56,000 per annum.
