Role Overview: As a pivotal member of the senior management team, you’ll drive operational excellence and the strategic growth of our Private Wealth and Corporate Division in the Cayman Islands. Your responsibilities will encompass leading the administration team, fostering a compliance-driven culture, and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10 years in the trust industry with a strong knowledge of Trust and Company structures in Cayman.
  • Qualifications: Relevant professional qualifications such as STEP/ICSA Diploma, ACCA, or applicable Legal/Accountancy degree required.
  • Industry Network: Established relationships and a high market profile in the Private Wealth community.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, management with a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Compliance Focus: Strong understanding of anti-money laundering policies and guidelines, ensuring adherence to all regulations.
