The Agency is recruiting for a Trust Director on behalf of our client.

Professional Development: The role includes overseeing complex client structures and compliance efforts, giving you the chance to deepen your expertise in risk management, regulatory practices, and governance.

Diverse Client Interaction: This position involves working with a wide range of external stakeholders, including auditors, bankers, and attorneys, giving you exposure to a variety of industries and professional networks.

High-Level Engagement: You’ll work closely with senior management and actively participate in Board of Directors meetings, contributing directly to key business decisions.

• Oversee the firm’s transactions, collaborating with external parties such as auditors, bankers, attorneys, and other industry professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and bring potential clients to the company.
• Manage administrative functions like invoicing, fee collection, and debtor management to achieve financial goals.
• Supervise and guide the teams, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to clients and intermediaries.
• Participate in business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Risk and Compliance team to address regulatory obligations and support risk management.
• Serve as Director for key client entities and monitor complex client structures, ensuring proper risk management and compliance.
• Ensure strict compliance with AML regulations and maintain robust risk and compliance practices.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant field.
• Relevant Professional qualification such as CPA.
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Business development and client relationship management skills.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on mentoring and developing junior staff.
• Proven experience in managing a team within the financial or professional services industry.

  

Salary: US$180K – US$210K per annum.
