Vice President – Captives Insurance

The Agency is recruiting for a Vice President-Captives Insurance on behalf of a highly regarded client. The post holder will be integral to the oversight and management of a range of captive insurance companies, supervise and guide the client services team and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. This role requires robust leadership skills and extensive industry expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Guide the client services team and cultivate relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to professional team members.
  • Prepare and review complex financial statements and investment plans.
  • Act as a representative at local and international Board and Shareholder meetings.
  • Maintain communications with clients, service providers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and oversee corporate records.
  • Collaborate with financial institutions and investment partners.
  • Evaluate insurance and reinsurance policy documentation.
Requirements:
  • Recognized professional accounting designation such as CPA.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the captive insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team while also independently managing responsibilities.
  • Strong capabilities in people management, decision-making, and time management.
Salary: US$130K – US$160K, Plus benefits as per labour law.
