Responsibilities 
  • Create proposals and presentations, oversee the renewal process, perform market analyses, and support program implementations and wellness initiatives.
  • Support clients through installations, claims procedures, and issue resolution.
  • Address both standard and complex coverage, renewal, and claims inquiries.
  • Guide discussions and evaluations on performance prior to renewals and during policy terms.
  • Support clients through installations, claims procedures, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate follow-up services with members, employers, insurers, government agencies, and providers.
  • Draft and manage insurance documentation, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
  • Streamline workflow processes and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or a related field, along with an ACII, HIA, AHIP, or similar certification.
  • Extensive experience in brokering large group health and employee benefits insurance
  • Familiarity with broking CRM system is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and expanding a business portfolio
  • Excellent skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and communication.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Applied EPIC software being a significant advantage. 

Salary: US$100K – US$140K per annum plus benefits.
