The Agency is recruiting for a Vice President – Employee Benefits on behalf of our client.

Strategic Influence: Shape client strategies and drive the growth of a high-profile employee benefits portfolio.

Senior-Level Exposure: Partner with sophisticated clients, insurers and senior stakeholders across an international network.

Professional Growth: Access specialist expertise, global resources and opportunities for continuous development.

• Lead business development, client retention and portfolio growth initiatives.
• Manage renewals, market reviews, programme implementations and client presentations.
• Advise clients on coverage, claims and complex employee benefits matters.
• Oversee documentation, regulatory checks and service delivery across key stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or a related discipline.
• ACII, HIA, AHIP or an equivalent professional qualification is essential.
• Significant brokerage experience managing a sizeable health and employee benefits portfolio.
• Strong commercial, relationship management, negotiation and policy analysis capabilities.
