The Agency is recruiting for a Vice President-Finance on behalf of our client.

• Lead financial planning, budget oversight, and supervise cash management, capital planning, and fundraising initiatives.
• Deliver dependable financial reports and projections to inform key strategic decisions.
• Conduct in-depth risk assessments by evaluating liabilities and investment portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with financial standards, legal frameworks, and internal policies.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Deliver dependable financial reports and projections to inform key strategic decisions.
• Optimize the finance IT infrastructure to support business requirements.
• Establish and track financial KPIs that reflect and drive business priorities.
• Oversee the finance team and maintain productive vendor relationships.  

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Professional Qualification such as CPA or equivalent.
• Experience working in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of corporate finance regulations and risk mitigation practices.
• Experience with CIMA standards, including capital adequacy, liquidity management, and regulatory reporting.
• Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and use of financial management software.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and team leadership.
