The Agency is recruiting for a Vice President, Treasury on behalf of our client.

Innovation and Impact: Lead the development and implementation of treasury management policies and cash optimization strategies, directly contributing to the company’s success.

• Work closely with internal teams to provide precise cash flow projections, ensuring effective liquidity management across all entities within the group.
• Track and assess daily cash balances and handle daily cash management tasks.
• Facilitate the opening of new accounts as needed.
• Compile and deliver detailed weekly cash flow updates to senior leadership.
• Overseee reinsurance cash flow forecasts and projections, optimizing cash use in both Direct and Reinsurance portfolios to maximize returns.
• Oversee hedging programs for fixed index annuities and foreign currency policies.
• Enhance investment strategies.
• Review and sign off on monthly reinsurance settlement reports.
• Manage the investment reporting system and reconcile investment data.
• Conduct monthly reviews of investment compliance with guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus).
• Professsonal Qualification in Accounting such as CPA.
• Atleast 10 Years of experience within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Professional Certification in CFA is a plus or working towards pursuing it.
• Deep knowledge of corporate finance, investment strategies, and accounting, with strong skills in liquidity forecasting and cash flow modeling.
• Experience in  designing and implementing workflows, including effective monitoring controls.
