The Agency is recruiting for a VP AML on behalf of our client.

Strategic Leadership: Lead and enhance a critical AML and onboarding function within a highly regulated financial services environment.

Regional & Cross-Functional Exposure: Work closely with senior stakeholders, compliance teams, and international banking partners on complex client matters.

Impact-Driven Role: Play a key role in strengthening risk frameworks, regulatory oversight, and operational integrity across the business.

• Lead oversight of AML/KYC onboarding, monitoring, and escalation activities to ensure regulatory alignment and operational effectiveness.
• Manage and support AML and onboarding teams while maintaining strong governance, controls, and procedural standards.
• Review higher-risk client relationships, complex structures, and compliance-related matters requiring escalation or approval.
• Collaborate with auditors, internal stakeholders, and external banking partners on reporting, reviews, and regulatory requests.

• Strong background in AML/KYC operations within financial services, including exposure to complex client structures and risk assessments.
• Proven leadership capability with experience supervising teams and driving high standards across compliance functions.
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, onboarding controls, and client lifecycle management tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Salary: US$100,000 – US$130,000 per annum.
