The Agency is recruiting for a VP – Private Client Services on behalf of our client.

• Oversee a diverse client portfolio, including corporate entities, trusts, and other private client structures.
• Lead and manage a team of technical staff, providing mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to support professional development.
• Liaise with external stakeholders and third parties, ensuring efficient coordination and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain accurate and secure records of all matters handled, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the company’s strategic growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Recognized professional qualification from an accredited body.
• At least 6 years’ experience in a managerial role, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Viewpoint software is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and the ability to delegate effectively within a team environment.

Salary: KYD$120,000 – KYD$140,000 per annum.
