The Agency is recruiting for a VP Tax on behalf of our client.

Global Tax Leadership: Lead and influence complex, multi-jurisdictional tax matters across key international markets within a sophisticated investment platform.

Strategic Impact: Play a central role in shaping tax strategy, structuring, and governance that directly supports business growth and transactions.

Executive Visibility: Partner closely with senior management and external advisors on high-profile decisions, audits, and transformational initiatives.

• Oversee group-wide tax compliance, planning, and governance across multiple jurisdictions while ensuring alignment with evolving regulations.
• Provide strategic leadership on transfer pricing, restructurings, and M&A-related tax matters in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Guide tax reporting, controls, and policy development, supporting audits and financial disclosures at group level.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive senior-level experience in corporate and international taxation within complex, multinational environments.
• Strong technical expertise across Brazilian and international tax, including transfer pricing frameworks and treaty interpretation.
• Proven ability to operate at executive level with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
