The Agency is recruiting for a Web3 Accountant on behalf of our client.

Client Impact: Directly manage relationships and operations for DAO clients, influencing strategy and service excellence.

Industry Exposure: Work closely with diverse stakeholders across decentralized organizations, gaining hands-on experience in emerging digital ecosystems.

• Serve as the main operational and financial liaison for clients, overseeing daily administration and supporting service providers.
• Manage financial processes, reporting, and record-keeping, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision-making.
• Support client onboarding, grant management, and compliance procedures, maintaining high standards of due diligence.
• Build and nurture relationships while contributing to business development and promoting industry thought leadership.

Requirements:

• Solid professional background in accounting or finance with several years of hands-on experience; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with emerging digital asset ecosystems and decentralized organizational structures, with a keen interest in staying updated on trends.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Knowledge of compliance and due diligence practices, with attention to detail and commitment to regulatory standards. 

Salary: US$100,000 – US$110,000 per annum.
