• Oversee accounting operations for digital assets and traditional funds across decentralized entities.
• Maintain accurate financial records, integrate on-chain data, and reconcile transactions.
• Coordinate with custodians, wallets, and partners to ensure compliant financial practices.
• Prepare reports aligned with accounting standards and assist with audits when required.

• Strong accounting knowledge, preferably with exposure to digital assets or Web3 projects.
• Familiarity with blockchain transaction flows and on-chain data management tools.
• Experience working with decentralized organizations, including DAOs and protocols.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with regulatory and operational complexity.

Salary: USD$110,000 – USD$125,000
