The Agency is recruiting for a Web3/Blockchain Finance Lead behalf of our client.

• Support the CFO in the preparation of management accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Create and maintain the Annual Group Financial Plan, emphasizing monthly forecast updates.
• Oversee cash flow planning and projections, ensuring efficient cash management and tracking balances.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the annual audit, ensuring adherence to IFRS standards.
• Oversee financial control and analysis for international branches, including management of transfer pricing.
• Enhance operational efficiency, reduce financial risks, and deliver strategic financial recommendations.
• Manage payroll processing and conduct detailed payroll analysis.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Professional Accounting Designation (CA, ACCA, CPA) is required.
• Experience in a Blockchain/Digital Assets/Web3 role is highly valued.
• Knowledge of South African, US, or UK tax regimes is an advantage.
• Advanced technical accounting abilities, including drafting technical accounting memos.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-driven with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: US$110K – US$125K per annum.
