The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Corporate Finance Associate on behalf of our client.

• Draft and deliver valuation documents, reports, and presentations.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments and valuations of a wide range of asset classes, including private equity, debt instruments, venture capital, and real estate investments.
• Oversee the transaction due diligence process, including managing data rooms and coordinating communications between clients and external advisors.
• Carry out financial analysis and conduct market research to support advisory and due diligence efforts during transactions.
• Create integrated financial models to support capital raising efforts, budgeting, forecasting, and project evaluations.

Requirements  

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field.
• Professional Qualifications in Accounting and Finance such as CPA, CFA or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction services, or valuations within a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of business and investment valuation principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary: Up to US$78k per annum.
