We are recruiting for an IT Support Specialist on behalf of our client.

• Deliver remote technical assistance to all staff.
• Promptly responding to technical support tickets and provide regular updates to users regarding the status of their requests.
• Record all incoming requests in the IT service management system.
• Ensure tickets are correctly categorized, prioritized, and tracked.
• Keep thorough records of troubleshooting actions, screenshots, and communications.
• Detect and document new technical issues, linking related cases and collaborating with IT to find temporary fixes or long-term resolutions.
• Refer issues that cannot be resolved to second-level support.
• Enhance the internal knowledge base by creating and updating documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a relevant field.
• Windows 10 support experience.
• Experience of mobile devices running Android and iOS.
• Familiarity with iManage work.
• Understanding of (LAN, WAN, WAP, Cloud, IP).

Salary: US$45K -US$65K per annum.
