The Agency is recruiting for an AML Compliance Officer on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with risk and compliance checks, including monitoring transfer requests.
- Undertaking compliance monitoring ensuring up-to-date information.
- Reviewing internal compliance procedures on a regular basis and draft compliance reports.
- Assisting with regulatory queries.
- Keeping up to date with, and understanding, relevant laws and regulations that relate to the business.
- Providing updates to the business on new and existing laws and regulations.
- Managing the annual file review process.
- Assisting with risk and compliance projects including FATCA, CRS, HRC and PEP review.
Requirements
- Relevant Degree such as Law, Finance or Business with 3 years compliance experience.
- Professional Qualification related to Compliance such as ACAMS, ICA.
- Solid understanding of AML laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of fraud, bribery and corruption laws.
- Experience working within compliance in the legal, consulting, banking or other financial industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Salary:US$130K-US$145K per annum.
