Responsibilities
- Create and execute risk-based procedures, conducting organization-wide risk assessments and setting risk benchmarks for customer profiles, geographic links, and transactions.
- Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies and procedures, including the review and reporting of FATCA/CRS documentation.
- Handle internal SARs, assess the need for external filings, and submit reports as required.
- Ensure adherence to all internal policies and external regulatory standards.
- Review and approve account-opening documents, verifying compliance with KYC requirements.
- Supervise periodic reviews for accounts, including PEPs, high-risk, and standard profiles.
- Keep detailed logs of declined business, PEPs, restricted persons, and other compliance-related matters.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulators and other relevant authorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- CAMS certification or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in banking.
- In-depth knowledge of the Cayman Islands regulatory regime.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to multitask effectively.
Salary:US$225K – US$250K per annum.
