Temporary. Corporate Administrator

The Agency is recruiting for a Corporate Administrator on behalf of our client. Initial 3 months with perm potential. Immediate start. 

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee client onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Conduct World-Check verifications and other due diligence processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Review and update client files to maintain completeness.
  • Prepare and send requisite forms to clients on time.
  • Manage professional email correspondence with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Facilitate the incorporation of new companies, handling all related documentation and filings.
  • Supervise the preparation and submission of annual returns.
  • Maintain up-to-date statutory records and document meeting minutes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Corporate and Trust administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering policies and guidelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with software such as Viewpoint is beneficial.
  • Proactive, responsive, and client-focused with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative.

Salary: US$30 – US$35 per hour DOE.
