The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Operations and Regulatory Administrator on behalf of our client.

Diverse Responsibilities: This role offers the opportunity to work across various departments spanning from compliance to onboarding, providing valuable exposure to multiple business functions.

Specialised Skill Development: You’ll deepen your expertise in regulatory frameworks like KYC/AML and systems such as Viewpoint.

Collaborative Environment: Partner with leading professionals and cross-functional teams to uphold and enhance internal compliance standards.

• Maintain and regularly update accurate records in Viewpoint, ensuring data is easily retrievable and consistently up to date.
• Liaise with clients and internal business functions to ensure all parties have been appropriately vetted and any potential risks are identified.
• Conduct due diligence checks, escalating any high-risk clients to senior team members for further review.
• Review changes to client profiles that may require refreshed KYC or system updates.
• Ensure full adherence to organisational compliance procedures, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional services firm.
• Previous experience with CAP or a similar platform is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of KYC and AML regulatory standards and policies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with hands-on experience using Viewpoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
