The Agency has partnered with a highly-regarded offshore firm to hire a Corporate Associate as a part of its growth.

This is an opportunity to join one of the Cayman Islands’ most reputable international law firms. As part of a diverse transactional team, you would be working with large financial institutions and corporations from across the Americas on a variety of transactions, as part of a well-structured team that offers a collaborative environment and clear opportunities for career development.

As the successful Associate, you would be involved in a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, and related governance and regulatory matters. You would also regularly be involved in the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives and play a meaning part in developing the firm’s corporate practice.

Requirements:

• Around 3-5 PQE with corporate experience at a reputable international firm.
• Admission to practice in the Cayman Islands or an eligible jurisdiction such as England & Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.
• A strong academic record.

The firm could offer a salary of US$150-200,000 large bonus potential. Employees also receive premium health coverage, pension contributions and relocation assistance (if necessary).
