Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to a Partner
- Prepare and process client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage correspondence, scheduling, and general administrative tasks
- Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with ad hoc office tasks and projects as needed
Key experience
- 1–2 years’ experience in a legal or professional office environment
- Strong IT skills and comfort with legal/billing software
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Eager to learn and develop professionally
Hourly rate US$16-20 plus statutory benefits.
