  • Assist to resolve hardware and software issues both locally and remotely.
  • Provide daily technical support, handle service inquiries and escalate complex issues.
  • Facilitate and support the setup of presentations, video, and telephone conferencing.
  • Inform the Manager of ongoing technical issues and training-related support cases.
  • Create and maintain training materials, document processes, and develop FAQ resources.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance IT performance and prevent future issues.
  • Monitor IT asset utilization and notify the Manager of hardware inventory needs.
  • Collaborate with the broader support team to handle outstanding issues and manage user expectations.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality customer service, aiming to exceed client and business standards.


  • Bachelors degree in IT or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10/11 operating systems.
  • Knowledge of PCs and mobile devices; experience with servers and networks is a plus.
  • Demonstrated involvement in IT projects or continuous personal IT education.
  • Ability to provide superior customer service in a Service Desk setting.

Salary: US$60K- US$90K Per annum.
