The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Management Accountant (Jersey) on behalf of our client.

Professional Growth: Collaborate with senior teams across multiple functions, gaining exposure to complex financial operations.

Innovation & Impact: Lead improvements in reporting, dashboards, and business planning that directly affect the firm’s performance.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support business performance.
• Lead management accounting activities, including reporting, ledger management, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
• Support finance projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and system enhancements across the firm.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with dashboards and SQL is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Salary: US$80,000 – US$90,000 per annum.
