The Agency has partnered with a well-regarded international law firm in the Cayman Islands to hire a Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer to join the firm’s Regulatory practice as an Associate.

The law firm is recognised as one of the leading experts in the offshore category and has an ever-growing presence in Cayman’s financial sector. It works with top-tier onshore law firms, fund managers, insurance managers and other financial institutions across the world, offering top-quality work and a fruitful career trajectory.

As the successful candidate, you would have a varied role, providing regulatory advice to a range of internal and external clients relating to matters such as AML, ATF, FATCA, CRS, GDPR, Economic Substance, corporate governance, CIMA licensing etc. You would act as a subject matter expert, working internally with the wider transactional practice group as well as externally with the firm’s clients which include large institutions across the US, Europe and Asia.

Candidates should have 4-7 PQE, experience working at a major law firm within a financial regulatory practice (or similar), and strong academics.

Remuneration: US$180-220,000 annual discretionary bonus relocation assistance (if necessary).
