Responsibilities:

• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules, repair activities, and contractor workflows across multiple properties.
• Lead maintenance projects, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee maintenance teams, inventory management, procurement processes, and contractor performance.
• Support property operations through reporting, tenant coordination, emergency response, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large-scale property or facility maintenance operations within a supervisory capacity.
• Strong technical understanding of building systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance practices.
• Ability to lead teams, manage contractors, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with operational reporting, planning tools, and maintenance management systems.

Salary: US$90,000 annum.
