Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level technical and functional support for core banking platforms across departments.
- Manage user access controls and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Oversee reporting processes and support database-related operations and system performance.
- Assist with system updates, upgrades, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT or related field with relevant industry certifications preferred.
- Several years of experience in IT support, particularly within financial or core banking systems.
- Proficiency in enterprise reporting tools and database environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Salary: US$67,700 – US$101,500 per annum.
