The Agency is recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager on behalf of our client.

• Deliver professional customer and patient support while maintaining confidentiality and service excellence.
• Oversee dispensing activities, prescription reviews, medication guidance, and healthcare screenings in line with regulatory standards.
• Support daily pharmacy and retail operations including inventory oversight, POS transactions, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
• Assist with team supervision, staff training, performance management, and maintaining operational procedures and compliance records.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with active Pharmacist registration in the Cayman Islands.
• Previous experience in pharmacy operations and leadership within a retail or healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with pharmacy systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary: US$61,000 – US$65,000 per annum.
