The Agency is recruiting for a Manager, Corporate Operations on behalf of our client.

Strategic Exposure: Work closely with senior leadership, regulators, and key stakeholders on high-impact operational and governance initiatives.

Business Impact: Play a central role in supporting critical reporting, regulatory readiness, and strategic business initiatives.

• Support governance reporting and coordinate management and board-related activities.
• Assist with regulatory, audit, and compliance processes while helping drive follow-up actions.
• Contribute to risk management, business continuity, and operational oversight initiatives.
• Coordinate key operational activities, stakeholder relationships, and strategic projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, law, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in compliance, audit, governance, or business operations within a regulated environment.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks, reporting processes, and audit coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Salary: US$100,000 – US$145,000 per annum.
