The Agency is recruiting for a Finance Controller on behalf of our client.

Innovation Focus: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and modernization of finance systems and data practices.

• Lead core finance operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across key transactional areas.
• Oversee financial reporting inputs, reconciliations, and compliance with internal standards.
• Drive process improvements, internal controls, and service delivery performance.
• Manage team output, provide oversight across regional support functions, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

• Professional accounting qualification with proven leadership experience in finance operations.
• Strong background in financial reporting, controls, and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced technical proficiency with finance systems and data handling.
• Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration effectively.

Salary: US$120,000 – US$140,000 per annum.
