Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Bank’s credit risk function, ensuring strong portfolio performance and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on complex lending decisions, credit structuring, and risk mitigation across commercial and private banking portfolios.
• Drive compliance with internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and governance standards while maintaining reporting oversight.
• Manage and develop high-performing credit teams, while collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Extensive senior-level experience within commercial banking, credit risk management, and lending operations.
• Strong expertise in credit analysis, portfolio oversight, regulatory compliance, and risk governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage multi-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required; advanced qualifications or professional certifications are advantageous.

Salary: US$140,000 per annum.
