The successful candidate would be responsible for analysing, drafting and amending insurance treaties and other commercial agreements, governance issues, and tracking contract and regulatory schedules and acting accordingly, working closely with senior team members and external counsel. 

Candidates should have strong commercial or corporate paralegal experience, and a strong interest in the reinsurance sector. Previous (re)insurance experience would be beneficial. A law degree would be strongly preferred.
