The Agency is recruiting for a Senior Fund Accountant – Cayman on behalf of our client.

Exposure to Complex Investment Structures: Work with sophisticated alternative investment funds and diverse asset classes in a highly specialized environment.

Broad Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with investment managers, investors, auditors, and other key industry participants while building strong client-facing experience.

Career Development in Fund Administration: Gain involvement in financial reporting, fund operations, system enhancements, and business integration initiatives.

• Manage fund administration activities, including portfolio valuation, NAV calculations, reconciliations, and investor allocations for complex investment structures.
• Prepare and review periodic financial reports, support audited financial statements, and coordinate with external auditors during reporting cycles.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, investment managers, and other stakeholders while ensuring high service standards.
• Contribute to operational improvement initiatives, system development projects, new fund onboardings, and other business-critical assignments.

Requirements:

• Degree-qualified accounting professional with a recognized accounting designation (CA, CPA, CGA, CMA, or equivalent).
• Previous experience within fund accounting or fund administration, including exposure to complex investment products and fund structures.
• Strong technical understanding of investment operations, portfolio accounting, valuations, financial reporting, and related systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
