The Agency is recruiting for a Trust Manager on behalf of our client.

Leadership Impact: Lead and develop a specialist team while influencing operational excellence and client service delivery.

International Client Exposure: Manage sophisticated international wealth structures and work with a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth clients.

Strategic Growth Opportunity: Contribute to business growth initiatives, portfolio development, and key commercial objectives within a globally respected firm.

• Lead and support a team of trust professionals, driving performance, development, and service quality.
• Oversee the administration of complex fiduciary structures and ensure efficient portfolio management.
• Act as a senior escalation point for technical matters, client issues, and operational challenges.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and governance requirements while supporting business growth objectives.

• Significant experience within offshore fiduciary, trust, or corporate services environments, including prior team leadership responsibility.
  • Professional qualification such as STEP (TEP) or CGI/ICSA, or an equivalent industry-recognized credential.
  • Strong understanding of trust structures, fiduciary administration, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven leadership, commercial awareness, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Salary: US$100,000 – US$120,000 per annum.
