A leading insurance organisation is seeking an experienced Lead Health Underwriter to join its Cayman team.

This is a highly visible role working closely with the leadership team, providing technical underwriting expertise while supporting the growth and development of the health insurance portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in underwriting complex risks, developing pricing strategies, supporting broker relationships, and contributing to business growth initiatives.

• Underwrite and assess individual and group health insurance risks.
• Develop pricing and risk recommendations.
• Support business development and broker engagement initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to underwriting strategy, product development, and process improvements.
• Provide technical expertise across the business.

• Significant Health Insurance Underwriting experience.
• Strong technical underwriting and pricing skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to support business growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with brokers and clients is highly desirable.
