The Agency is recruiting for a Compliance Manager on behalf of our client.

Lead Compliance Strategy: Play a key role in shaping and strengthening the compliance framework within a respected professional services organisation.

Regional & Strategic Exposure: Work across diverse compliance, governance and risk initiatives while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Professional Growth: Expand your expertise through involvement in regulatory projects, AML initiatives and business-wide compliance programmes.

• Oversee and enhance compliance and AML frameworks to support regulatory obligations.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on governance, risk and regulatory matters.
• Monitor legislative developments and assist with regulatory filings and due diligence activities.
• Prepare compliance reporting, deliver training initiatives and contribute to wider risk and compliance projects.

• At least 5 years’ experience in compliance within financial or professional services.
• Degree in a relevant discipline and/or recognised compliance or governance qualification.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing compliance-related initiatives.

Salary: US$120,000 per annum.
