An international offshore law firm is looking for an experienced Senior Associate 5 PQE to join their Corporate team in the Cayman Islands. 5 PQE Solicitors from Cayman, the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are encouraged to apply.    

The role would be varied, advising on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, funds transactions, capital markets, joint ventures and corporate governance.
