The Agency is recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager on behalf of our client.

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations, performance goals, and business initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and support department teams to achieve operational and customer service objectives.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, budgeting, reporting, and loss-prevention activities.
• Ensure high standards across customer service, safety, sanitation, compliance, and store presentation.

• Minimum 5 years of management experience within retail operations or a related environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and team-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with operational systems and reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: US$61,000 – US$65,000 per annum.
