On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.

Full Job Description
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations. This role also involves posting daily receipts into the General Ledger and assisting with invoicing.

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in accounting.
  • Knowledge and Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks would be advantageous.
  • Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary: US$21- US$27 Depending on Experience.
