The Agency is recruiting for an Accounts Clerk – Payment Collections on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various bookkeeping tasks related to insurance logs.
- Process all cash receipts and card payments promptly and accurately.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of deposit slips and cash receipt registers.
- Prepare and post journal entries, and schedule reminders for upcoming payments.
- Generate monthly bank statements for team review and maintain records in a secure, organised manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to adapt to new software platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in team environments.
- Strong organisational abilities, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Skilled at handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
