The Agency is recruiting for an Assistant Manager – Insolvency on behalf of our client.

• Manage a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency engagements while overseeing daily case activities.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including legal advisers, regulators, and financial institutions, to support efficient case progression.
• Prepare and review regulatory documentation, investigations, and reporting requirements across client matters.
• Support operational and commercial activities including asset realization, billing oversight, and junior team guidance.

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with relevant restructuring or insolvency exposure.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities within a professional services environment.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance standards.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive, team-oriented approach and commitment to professional development.

Salary: US$85,000 – US$95,000 per annum.
