The Agency is recruiting for an Assistant Operations Manager on behalf of our client.

Leadership Impact: Take on a key operational role supporting senior leadership while guiding a team to deliver efficient pension administration services.

Operational Influence: Contribute to improving internal processes, reporting accuracy, and service delivery within a regulated financial environment.

Professional Growth: Gain exposure to complex pension operations, regulatory reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Support oversight of pension administration activities to maintain operational accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and help drive efficiency improvements across processing and service delivery.
• Provide guidance, supervision, and development support to junior administrators within the operations team.
• Assist with regulatory reporting, audit coordination, and handling complex or non-standard operational matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience within pensions, financial services, or a similar regulated sector.
• Prior experience supervising or managing staff within an operational team environment.
• Proficiency with common business tools such as Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheet analysis.

Salary: US$65,000 – US$80,000 per annum.
