The Agency is recruiting for an Associate Director on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage directorship, trustee, and fiduciary services for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Handle the preparation and upkeep of corporate documents, draft minutes and resolutions, review financial statements, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide essential support for Board activities and liquidation services as necessary.
  • Contribute to business development, including responding to new business inquiries, providing fee estimates, and onboarding new clients.

Requirements:

  • University degree and an internationally recognized professional qualification such as CPA/CA required.
  • Minimum 8 years post qualification experience in Accounting or in fund administration.
  • Extensive experience within offshore financial services, including knowledge of underlying product and service rationales, technologies and regulatory environments.
  • Proven track record in developing new business and winning clients.
  • Track record of building and inspiring people, establishing trust and managing high performing teams.
  • Comfortable making rapid assessments of basic business operations, trends and variances; subsequently, able to transfer that knowledge into relevant financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Expertise analyzing customer profitability and trade investments.
  • Comfortable with constructive challenge and build process with senior leadership.
  • Resourceful and proactive and takes initiative.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
